‘Abducted’ Erial Woman Lisa Fago Found

The 24-year-old appears unharmed; a man she was with in New York has been jailed on promoting prostitution charges.

Nearly a week after she was reported missing, Lisa Fago of Erial was found safe in Cumberland County Thursday night.

Fago, 24, reportedly sent friends and families text messages that she had been abducted in Camden and taken to New York City against her will. No evidence backed up that claim after Fago turned up, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.

Fago was found in Bridgeton on Oct. 4. “She appeared to be in good health when contacted by police,” the prosecutor’s office said.
