Camden County College Opens New Science Building

The $30 million building is part of an $83 million expansion to Camden County College's Blackwood campus.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held outside of Camden County College's new $30 million science building on Wednesday.

The new facility, which is slated to open in January, is part of an $83 million expansion at the school's Blackwood campus announced by Camden County College officials and the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 2005.

The three-story, 107,000-square-foot building houses 10 biology labs, six chemistry labs, a physics lab and 24 classrooms.
