Update: Shoplifting Suspects Caught

After releasing three suspects' photos on social media sites, Gloucester Township Police arrested three women in two separate shoplifting cases at Kmart and ShopRite.

 

Update, 11:45 a.m., Aug. 23: That was fast. Gloucester Township Police announced on their Facebook page that all three suspects in two shoplifting incidents have been apprehended.

"Two shoplifting incidents solved in one day, thanks to YOUR tips!" police posted.

Gloucester Township Police are asking for help in identifying the suspects in two separate shoplifting cases.

The first happened on Aug. 7 at the Kmart on Blackwood-Clementon Road at about 9:30 p.m. Two women placed about $248 worth of clothing in diaper bags while in the store's changing rooms. They fled the store when security attempted to stop them at the exit. One of the diaper bags was retrieved by store security.

The first suspect is described as a a dark skinned, thin black female. She was wearing a head band, large loop earrings, a dark tank top and gray sweat pants. She was pushing a shopping cart that had a pink and gray baby carrier with an infant inside.

The second suspect is a light skinned, heavy black female. She was wearing large earrings, a large necklace, a dark tank top, dark pants with a white belt, and was carrying a large dark handbag. She also had large tattoos on her upper right arm and chest, and a possible jewelry piercing in her nose.

The other case under investigation happened at the ShopRite on Chews Landing Road on Aug. 13 around 1 p.m. A woman stuffed approximately $90 worth of seafood into her handbag and then fled in a green Volkswagen New Beetle.

The woman iss a white female with long blonde hair. She was wearing a light shirt, jean shorts, dark flip flops and had a black handbag.

This is a dam shame, i know this per cierra phillip and her mother should be also a shame of herself, who will she put the blame on this time, it always someone else child that put her daugher up to these crime. well the video do not lie. It about time that this come to the end. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR MOTHER CIERRA.....
