David Mayer says data proves his administration is succeeding at its goals. Do you agree?

Home values are up in Gloucester Township, outpacing other regional municipalities, Gloucester Township Mayor David Mayer said in his most recent YouTube message to residents.

Mayer based his remarks off of a Philadelphia Inquirer analysis that showed area property values and sales for the first half of 2012.

"Of the 33 towns that were in this study, only home values in Gloucester Township grew by 11 percent," Mayer said. "... This analysis reaffirms what all of us have been working towards."

Mayer said his administration has focused on stabilizing tax rates, improving Gloucester Township's financial outlook and increasing quality of life for residents.

What do you think of Mayer's video message? Is his administration living up to its goals? Tell us in the comments.
