Patch/NJ Aid for Animals Pet of the Week: Archie

Archie has a temporary foster mom, but needs a permanent home.

New Jersey Aid for Animals board member Kelly Matthews, a Gloucester Township resident, submitted the following press release—told through the eyes of foster dog Archie—to Patch:

My name is Archie.

I am a very calm young man (about 18 months old) who loves everyone including dog and cats. I am currently living with four dogs of all shapes and sizes.

I am a brindle Pomeranian mix and weigh just 13 pounds, am neutered and micro-chipped, and have all my shots.

Low maintenance for me 'cause I don't dig, jump or chew and am very quiet (not one of those small yappy dogs). Although I go into my crate very nicely, my foster lets me sleep with her and says I am a real snuggler. I only need to get groomed once in a while and am doing really well at being housebroken.

Click here to fill out the adoption form! Then, come and see me in Collingswood, NJ. Better make it soon, 'cause my foster mom says if someone doesn't grab me soon, she may!

New Jersey Aid for Animals is a Winslow Township-based no-kill animal charity enriching the lives of animals by providing programs for domestic animals on wellness, humane education, and spay and neuter, with a focus on impoverished communities.
