Police Investigating Millbridge Gardens Robbery

Police hunt leads to Winding Way.

 

Gloucester Township Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Millbridge Gardens Apartments Wednesday night.

The robbery, which allegedly involved a handgun, occurred around 8:30 p.m.

The victim was not injured, Gloucester Township Police Deputy Chief David Harkins said on Thursday morning.

Police are not releasing any additional details regarding the ongoing investigation.

According to information overheard on a police scanner, police officers pursuing the robbery suspect ended up conducting a search on Winding Way, located across Blackwood Clementon Road from the Millbridge Gardens complex.

This doesn't surprise me. They have really gotten lax in who they let live there. When I moved in they did a background check. There is NO way they do it now with who I see roaming around.

This town needs to clean up these section 8 apartment complexes and limit how many are allowed. There are too many section 8 complexes in our town which tend to attract these undesirables.
