Journey from darkness to light with Helen Keller and her remarkable teacher, Annie Sullivan, in Mainstage Center for the Arts’ production of “The Miracle Worker.” This inspirational, Tony Award-winning tale of perseverance reveals how Sullivan opened the world to Keller, who became blind and deaf from an illness as a baby. Performances are sponsored by Comegno Law Group, P.C. and take place February 8, 9, 15 & 16, 7:30 p.m. in the newly-renovated, accessible Dennis Flyer Theatre, Lincoln Hall, Camden County College, Blackwood. More About Camden County College
The Blackwood section of Gloucester Township serves as home to the main campus of one of New Jersey's largest county colleges. Founded in 1967, Camden County College is an accredited, two-year school that offers 44 programs of study, ranging from automotive technology to English and from nursing to chemistry. The college and the New Jersey Institute of Technology jointly offer bachelor's degree programs at the Blackwood campus. In addition to offering associate-degree programs, the college offers certificate programs.
