I am just curious about your opinion about certain things.
Why do you think so many Administrators, Supervisors and Teachers left a District they worked in for years to accept jobs in other Districts rather than stay in GT and work under Bilodeau and this Board?
Why would this Board promote Bilodeau to Superintendent? A individual with no teaching experience and no Administrative experience at the building level, when we have 8 out of 11 schools that failed State testing? Wouldn't somebody with an educational background have been a more logical choice?
Why would you promote Acerba to Curriculum Supervisor when Mullen a building she was Principal at for years consistently did poorly on the State test? Then once you promote her you hire an outside firm for $30000 to help her with a new curriculum. Isn't that her job? Wouldn't it have been easier and cheaper just to hire somebody that can do the job?
Why while other districts are trimming staff would this Board make a new Administrative position for the politically connected Mr. Mercado, GT Councilman? Yet you are cutting programs and staff and crying poor to the residents of the District.
Why is it this Board and Administration is so dismissive to the residents of this District and their opinions and concerns? One of the first lines in this month's Agenda is "You value the opinions of residents"? Do you just value the opinions of the obedient sheep?
