Laurel Springs ShopRite Sells $10,000 Lottery Ticket
The ticket was purchased at the ShopRite on Chews Landing Road.
A shopper at the ShopRite on Chews Landing Road in Laurel Springs is $10,000 richer.
The store sold a $10,000 third-place Mega Millions lottery ticket in Tuesday night's drawing, the New Jersey Lottery announced Wednesday afternoon. The lottery ticket had the Megaplier option, which enhanced the value of the ticket from $5,000 to $10,000.
Eight third-place tickets worth $5,000 each were also sold in the state, and 61 additional players each purchased tickets worth $500 throughout the state.
In all, 211,567 other New Jersey players took home $348,411 in prizes ranging from $1 to $100.
The Mega Millions jackpot rolls over to $270 million ahead of Friday night's drawing.
