With just about month to go until Timber Creek, Highland and Triton high schools are back in session, here’s a look at important dates in the 2013-14 school calendar.
Sept. 9: First day of school for students

Oct. 16: PSAT testing, half-day for students
Nov. 7-8: Schools closed NJEA convention

Nov. 28-29: Thanksgiving break
Dec. 23-Jan. 1: Schools closed for winter break
Jan. 2: Schools reopen
Jan. 20: Schools closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Feb. 14: Schools closed for teacher in-service
Feb. 17: Schools closed for Presidents Day
April 18-25: Spring break
May 26: Schools closed for Memorial Day
June 18: Last day of school; half-day for students; graduation day (tentatively)
Black Horse Pike Regional School District doesn’t add any days into the calendar for emergency closings or snow days. Up to five days will be tacked onto the end of the calendar to account for any closings. If more days are needed, school will be called into session on April 25 and 24, in that order.
