 Sylvan Learning, the personal learning pioneer for more than three million students and counting, is expanding its Pennsylvania footprint with education franchise opportunities for local entrepreneurs to own new centers in the Philadelphia metro area. Sylvan is targeting expansion in undeveloped territories in the Philadelphia metro area that are ready for their first Sylvan Learning Center.
