This spring market has proven to be the best in years. It is too early to determine if the Gloucester Township real estate market is coming back and on the mend, however, it certainly appears to be, and I can confidently make the statement that we are doing MUCH better than last year. Please read below and look at the chart I have included.

So far, as of March, we have seen less homes enter the market, however 3 more homes went pending and 46 more homes sold than this time last year! Even more good news is the sold average increased considerably as did the listing price average! The average days on the market (DOM) has also decreased by 30 days— an entire month! It is clear, if you are thinking about selling your home, NOW is the time!
