Valleybrook Blackwood NJ Had a GREAT 2013!

The very desirable area of Blackwood NJ that we all know as "Valleybrook" had another great year in regards to real estate. 

For 2013, the total sales increased. 35 homes sold in 2012, in 2013 we had 43 units sell. The days on Market or "DOM" went down considerably - 2012 we had 188 DOM and in 2013 we saw 116 DOM on average. Dropping the time to sell a home by -72 days! 9 sellers gave a concession this year compared to 13 in 2012. Seems like there was more cash to buy a home in 2013 as 9 homes sold with cash, in 2012 there were only 5 cash buyers.
