The event took place on Saturday, Oct. 22. Patch regrets the error and sincerely apologizes for an inconvenience this error may have caused our readers.

Fun for children of all ages, the 4-H hayrides offer visitors the chance to take a trip through woods inhabited by ghouls, goblins, witches and ghosts.

“Come out for a night of thrills and chills while supporting a great cause,” said Freeholder Jeffrey Nash, the freeholder board's liaison to Camden County 4-H.

The haunted hayride costs $8 for adults and $5 for children 14 and under.

For those with young ones who may not be ready for a haunted hayride, consider the 4-H pumpkin patch on Sunday (the Eagles are on a bye, folks!). Cost for this event, which includes amusement and pony rides, food and a costume contest for kids up to eighth grade, is just $5 for adults and children.

Sunday's event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
