Frugal Family: Summer Bucket List
Grab these deals on summer excitement before it's too late.
There are only three weeks left until Labor Day and the official end of summer in South Jersey. I imagine most households are like mine—a little sad that the summer is ending and a little excited that the kids are going back to school.
Before the sun sets on summer 2011, grab these great deals on summer family fun and you will be crossing off those items on your summer bucket list with time to spare.

Deal: Get your late summer amusement park fix at nearby Clementon Park & Splash World. The park is great for kids of all ages and Splash World is super fun (and pristine). Arrive at the park prior to 11 a.m. on any Monday in August to purchase tickets for just $10 (plus tax) per person. Tickets include admission to both parks. Children 2 years and younger are free.

3. Explore Brandywine Valley
Deal: Visit brandywinevally.com for loads of great coupons on attractions, restaurants, vineyards and more. Coupons include buy one, get one admission to the QVC studio tour, free winetasting at Paradocx Vineyard, $2 off admission to the Delaware Museum of Natural History, and buy one, get one admission to the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center.

4. Thrilling Thursdays in Margate
Deal: Squeeze in some beach time, for free. Every Thursday in August, no beach tags are required in Margate. Take the day, enjoy the beach and check out the sidewalk sales throughout the business district.

5. Harvest Summer at Mood's Farm Market
Deal: Open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mood's Farm is filled with great pick-your-own produce. In season now: white and yellow peaches, raspberries, blackberries, early apples and white seedless grapes. (Yum). Bring your own baskets and buckets.
Good Through: The fall, but call ahead to see what's available, as produce goes in and out of season weekly.
