Last Chance for Three Jobs with Township

Applications for three Gloucester Township job openings are due this week.

Gloucester Township is currently hiring for three positions, but you have to get your applications in this week if you're interested in filling any of the openings.

The dealine to apply for a job as a school crossing guard is Monday. If you're interested in the part-time position, which pays $10.27 an hour, stop by the municipal building to pick up an application or print one here.

The township is also currently looking to hire laborers for its leaf program and a clerk for the Department of Community Development.

Laborers in the leaf collection program will work 40-hour weeks (7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday) from Nov. 12 through Dec. 20. Applicants must have a valid New Jersey driver's license.

The pay rate for this temporary position is $10 an hour.

The full-time clerk position pays $13.17 an hour.

The deadline to apply for the leaf-collection laborer and community development clerk positions is Thursday, Sept. 27.

All three jobs are open to Gloucester Township residents only.
