Missing, At-Risk Children Strategy Outlined by Township Police [VIDEO]

Colleen Nick, whose daughter was abducted 18 years ago, endorsed the Gloucester Township Police MARRS program.

In a place not very different from Gloucester Township Community Park, Colleen Nick last saw her daughter 18 years ago. Morgan Chauntel Nick, 6, was yards away from her in a park in Arkansas when she was abducted in 1995. She was never found.

Nick came to Gloucester Township Monday to endorse a police plan here to cope with and hopefully prevent child abduction and issues related to at-risk children.

The Missing At Risk Response Strategies program is designed to manage missing persons search and investigations and try to prevent them.
