Sewer Work to Slow Traffic on Chews Landing Road
Camden County MUA sewer construction is planned for next week.
As part of ongoing sewer line installations being performed by the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority throughout Gloucester Township, construction will take place on Chews Landing Road from Monday, Sept. 10, through Friday, Sept. 14, according to Gloucester Township Police.
Construction can be expected each day from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Initial work will begin at Jefferson Drive and end at Lower Landing Road.

Work will occur mainly on the shoulder of the roadway, police said. Drivers may experience minor delays during the initial phase of construction. As the work progresses, delays and road closures may occur. Traffic advisories will be issued to notify drivers at that time.
