Snow Still Coming—But How Much?

The National Weather Service says we can still expect up to 4 inches in South Jersey.

Get ready for some "fluffy" snow, Gloucester Township.

While the forecast has changed a bit since the early part of the week, it does still look South Jersey will get some snow beginning Friday afternoon.

As of Wednesday at 5 p.m., the National Weather Service (NWS) in Mount Holly was calling for the storm to drop between 1 and 4 inches of snow in Camden County.

"It looks to us like it's going to snow," NWS meteorologist Walter Drag said. "We just don't know how much yet. It looks to us like somewhere in the 1- to 4-inch range."

The snow, which Drag described as "fluffy," is expected to start Friday afternoon and last through Friday night.

Temperatures are not expected to top the freezing point in Blackwood again until Sunday, when the high temperature is expected to be 33 degrees, but could hit 50 by mid-week.
