Whiz Kids: This Week's Is an Equestrian
Lia Stewart is only 2 years old and already learning her way around a stable.
- Whiz Kid's Name: Lia Genevieve Stewart
- Whiz Kid's Age: 2
- Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Although so young, Sicklerville resident Lia works hard every week in occupational therapy, speech therapy and developmental therapy. In addition, Lia just started riding her horse Clementine at Shadow Equestrian, a therapuetic riding center in Monroeville. This special therapy is fun, helps Lia with her motor skills and is teaching her equestrian skills. She is always smiling on the horse and is doing great so far!
- Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: According to Lia's mom, Emily, Lia has made leaps and bounds in the three months she has been doing therapy. She doesn't have the "typical" 2-year-old's schedule, but despite that, she is always smiling and eager to learn more!
