Jennifer Hoheisel is a professor at Camden County College. This lecture provides an overview of the symptoms and behaviors commonly exhibited by individuals with autism, Asperger syndrome or Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). This is a very general session that introduces autism and provides a few "take home" strategies for teachers. Appropriate for: teachers, social workers, school nurses, family and friends of persons with autism, PDD or Asperger syndrome.
