Tai Chi Workshop – What is Tai Chi?

Introductory for anyone who has never attended a Tai Chi class but

have always wanted to or don’t know why Tai Chi could be important to

their life. This means that we must talk about Tai Chi what it really is

about and also your feelings and questions about this system of

exercise and wellness. This is your opportunity to learn about and

discuss what the goals and benefits are and how you may take advantage

of them.

  • How do you find the time to practice Tai Chi at home when your day is full already?


    How do you motivate yourself to just do it regularly on your own?


    Isn’t exercise just exercise? What difference does it make if I don’t practice Tai Chi?


    If I do Yoga why should I learn and practice Tai Chi?


    I’m only in my 20s or 30s, isn’t Tai Chi just for people 50 and older?


This enjoyable and lively event is for people who have never taken

the opportunity to attend a Tai Chi class but are curious. Come learn

how Tai Chi may change your health issues for the better. Not only will

we discuss Tai Chi’s role as part of a lifestyle health process, but you

will be shown Tai Chi movements also.
