Urban Land Institute South Jersey Regional Council Presents Coopertowne Center Walking Tour and Happy Hour

 Join ULI South Jersey’s Regional Council on a walking tour of Coopertowne Center, an award winning model of suburban redevelopment.  Learn more about how political leaders, owner/developer of retail projects, affordable and market-rate housing developers, boutique brewery, NJ Green Acres and Wal-Mart transformed a defunct strip center into a walkable mixed-use ”downtown” area for Somerdale, NJ. Hear from key project stakeholders about how their common vision increased the assessed value of the Center from  an assessed value of $7 million to $60 million through partnerships and diverse uses.
