Joan V. Marsella (nee Ashton), formerly of Blackwood, passed away on Oct. 23, 2012, at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of the late John F. Marsella, Sr. who predeceased her in 1993. Devoted mother of: Joanne Lowell (Jeff) of Blackwood, Angela Ruberton (Dave) of Sweetwater, John F. Marsella Jr. of Sicklerville, and Dawn M. Jones (Mike) of Sewell. Loving grandmother of Joshua, Jeremy, Amber, Greg, Mia, John III, Gabrielle, Ava, Blake, and Brianna.
Joan was a full-time homemaker, and a longtime employee of First Peoples Bank, in Westmont. She enjoyed dancing, especially with her husband, music, and visiting the casinos.

Viewing will be Friday, Oct. 26, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church St., Blackwood, NJ 08012, where a prayer service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, in Bellmawr. Condolences may be viewed/posted to Earle Funeral Home's website.
