Nancy Jean Novak (nee Cullis) of Marlton, NJ, formerly of Deptford, NJ, and Blackwood, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 22, 2013, at the age of 82 years. Devoted wife of the late Lt. Daniel J. Novak, NJSP, who predeceased her in 1980. Beloved companion of Anthony J. Recchinti, of W. Berlin, NJ. Loving mother of Sr. Janice Novak, FMIHM of Glassboro, NJ, and Michelle Jayne (husband Rod) of Marlton, NJ. Dear sister of Charles Rood (wife Diana) of Laurel Springs, NJ, Evelyn McKeon (husband Don) of VA, and the late William Cullis (wife Cindy is surviving). Proud grandmother of Laura J. Roselli of Marlton, NJ.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 26, 7 to 8:30 p.m., and Wednesday, Feb. 27, 9 to 10 a.m. at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church St., Blackwood, NJ 08012. Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Jude’s Church, 402 S. Black Horse Pike, Blackwood, NJ. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 212 Ellis St., Glassboro, NJ 08028 would be appreciated.
