Is there a requirement on the size of litter the litter patrol picks up? I was behind a litter patrol truck and they past litter on the side of the road on Lower Landing Rd. he turns on Blackhorse pike and stops to pick up a piece of cardboard in front of Larry's cold cuts. Maybe someone can shed light on what the litter patrol is for.
