Leaf Collection

I would like to know what the problem is with the leaf collection.  Scheduled for this week and there have not been any trucks in the area except for a couple yesterday, early in the day and then gone.  On Halloween day, 4 trucks spent the day in this development picking up nothing.  We were not scheduled and there were no leaves.  Seems to me that some township workers just ride around justifying their job but don't do their job. Oh let me guess, they will need overtime to get the leaves cleaned up!!!  Same thing every year.
