Does it seem ironic to anybody but me that Uncle Joe "scare intruders off with a double-barreled shotgun blast thru the front door" Biden is swearing in former Newark Mayor Cory Booker as our interim Senator today? Biden had identified only one day more appropriate but it was too late in the year, April Fool's Day! In addition, there is a search on for an interim mayor for Newark. Does anybody know where we can find a life-sized cardboard cutout of Barack Obama to fill that position? Finally, I hope Cory Booker doesn't do for NJ as a Senator what he did to and for Newark as a Mayor. Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse...
