3 Arrested for Burglary After a Neighbor's Tip

Gloucester Township police collar three burglary suspects.

Gloucester Township police arrested three men Wednesday and charged them with a residential burglary after a call from an alert neighbor.

It happened in the 400 block of Otterbranch Court in the Glendora section of the town shortly before 1 p.m. The neighbor told police he saw the men running into the woods behind a neighbor's house after an apparent burglary.

One of the suspects was chased down on foot after jumping from a car being pursued by police. He was eventually found in a recycling bin of an apartment complex near 12th Avenue.

Police arrested the trio after the chase. They later found a door in the home on Otterbranch Court had been forced open and several items, including jewelry, were missing.

The arrests included, John McCann, 32, of the 200 block of the White Horse Pike, Berlin; Mark Rosci, 25, of the 600 block of Geneva Ave, in the Blenheim section of Gloucester Township and Brian Godshalk, 25, of the 200 block of New Jersey Ave., Brooklawn.

They were all charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary. McCann, who was found in the recycling bin, was also charged with resisting arrest. All three were held at the Camden County jail.
