Blue Mass to Create Foot Traffic Near St. Agnes

Police are asking motorists to be extra cautious near the church at Little Gloucester and Coles roads Thursday morning and early afternoon.

Police are reminding motorists that the 10th annual Diocese of Camden Blue Mass will be held at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church Thursday morning.

The event, which is held in recognition of police, firefighters and EMS personnel in the diocese, is expected to draw a large crowd, creating heavy pedestrian traffic on Coles Road in the area of the Our Lady of Hope Parish church.

The Mass is slated to begin at 10:30 a.m., but it is expected to create heavy foot traffic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Gloucester Township Police said in warning motorists to use extra caution in the area.
