Camden Man Wanted By Sheriff's Office on Warrants

Jorge Luis Torres failed to appear in state Superior Court in Camden, authorities said.

Jorge Luis Torres, 23, is wanted by the Camden County Sheriff's Office on warrants for resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer, authorities said. 

He failed to appear in state Superior Court in Camden on the charges, according to the sheriff's office. 

Torres' last known address is 433 N. 7th Street, Apartment 3M in Camden. He also is known to frequent North Camden.

Torres is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 192 pounds. He has numerous tattoos, including "Damaries" on the right side of his neck. 

Anyone who knows Torres' whereabouts should not attempt to apprehend him. Instead, contact the Camden County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Bureau at 856-225-5283 or the Camden County Sheriff’s TIP line at 856-225-5555.
