Clementon Man Killed in Camden Hit-and-Run
Lawrence Stark was killed following a hit-and-run in Camden Monday night.
A Clementon man has been identified as the victim in a Monday night hit-and-run in Camden.
Lawrence Stark, 58, was struck shortly before 7 p.m. Monday night on the 1500 block of Pershing Street in Camden, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Stark was hit by a a four-door SUV or truck, dark blue or black in color. Witnesses told police the vehicle stopped briefly after hitting Stark, then drove away.
The vehicle had packing tape on the driver’s side mirror. There may be damage to the passenger's side mirror as a result of the collision.
The driver was described as a Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s. He had a high, tight haircut and a light goatee.
