Meyers admitted to approaching an older driver stopped at a traffic light with a box cutter, getting in his vehicle and forcing him to drive to North Camden to buy heroin. Meyers took the victim’s cell phone and $400.

He approached another older driver on Nov. 24, this time at Gibbsboro and Blackwood roads when the man was stopped at a traffic light. Meyers was carrying a knife and forced his way into the car. He took $100 from the driver and ordered him to drive to 8th and Erie streets in Camden, where he got out of the vehicle.
