Cops Arrest Suspected Drug Dealers

Two Haddon Heights men face charges.

arrested two Haddon Heights men in connection with drug charges at Ivanhoe Apartments Friday.

Police were conducting bike patrols at 9 p.m. around the apartment complex on the 400 block of the Black Horse Pike when officers spotted a “suspicious” vehicle occupied by Colin Dunn, 20, of North Park Avenue in Haddon Heights.

As police spoke with Dunn, Peter Fareri, 21, of East Melrose Avenue in Haddon Heights, exited the apartment building and approached the car. Police began speaking with Fareri and discovered he had 78 bags of heroin in his possession, according to reports.

Police then took Fareri and Dunn in on charges. Dunn was charged with loitering to commit a drug offense. He posted bail and was released.

Fareri was charged with possession of heroin, distribution of controlled dangerous substances and distribution of controlled dangerous substances within 500 feet of a public park. He was remanded to Camden County Jail with $150,000 full cash bail.
