Crowdsourced Crime Tip Pays Off Again for Gloucester Township Police
Social media proves to be valuable crime-fighting tool.
Anonymous social media tips led to the positive identification of an alleged shoplifter caught on camera, who was later located and turned himself in, Gloucester Township police said this week.
The man who turned himself in was not immediately identified. He was wanted for a shoplifting charge from the Sicklerville Road Wawa.
