Erial, Lambs Terrace Fire Prevention Night on Monday

The Erial and Lambs Terrace fire companies will host Fire Prevention Night on Monday.

The annual event—hailed as the largest of its kind in New Jersey—will be held at the Lowe's home improvement store at 485 Cross Keys Rd., in Sicklerville, from 7 to 9 p.m.

There will be plenty of demonstrations inside the store to keep kids of all ages entertained. That's right—Fire Prevention Night will be held inside Lowe's, making it a rain-or-shine event.

"What makes it really special is the unique partnership between the business community (Lowe’s & Chick-fil-A) and the fire service," Erial Fire Commissioner George Brown said of the local Fire Prevention Night.

Lowe's, which will be giving out a special door prize, and Chick-fil-A, which will provide food, are event sponsors.

The fire companies will also have "goodies" on hand for children, as well as fire-prevention materials, Brown said.
