Gloucester Township Man Who Lost Part of His Leg in 2012 Crash Wins $1.5 Million Settlement

A Blackwood man was suing Hollywood Cafe, saying they continued to serve him alcohol after he was visibly intoxicated, according to nj.com.

A Gloucester Township man who lost part of his leg in a 2012 crash won a $1.5 million settlement from Hollywood Cafe, nj.com reports.

Kevin Fynes, of the Blackwood section of the township, said in his lawsuit the cafe continued to serve him alcohol well after he was visibly intoxicated, according to the report.

After leaving the bar that night, he crashed his truck into a guardrail, losing part of his leg in the process.
