Gloucester Twp. Police Want Your Help ID'ing Kmart Shoplifting Suspect

The incident occurred on June 8.

Gloucester Township Police Department issued the following Crime Stoppers press release, with accompanying photos of the suspect, this week regarding a case of shoplifting at Kmart:

On June 8, 2012, at approximately 6:07 p.m., the suspect, described as a light skin black or Hispanic male, short hair, 6-foot tall, and approximately 175 pounds, wearing a dark colored button down shirt and light colored khaki pants, entered the Kmart store and walked to the electronics department. Upon entering the department he walked to the aisle containing MP3 players and attempts to tamper with the security device on the end of the rack. After a few minutes the suspect is able to remove a MP3 player and places the item in his pants pocket. The suspect then walked to the front of the store. As he exited the business he observed Loss Prevention and began to run to an awaiting vehicle in the parking lot, which is only described as older model blue four door sedan bearing rust marks.
