GTPD: Woman Steals $200 in Items from Rite Aid

Police release surveillance video showing a woman filling her handbag with items and leaving the Blackwood Clementon Road store without paying for them.

Police say a woman stole nearly $200 in goods from the Blackwood Clementon Road Rite Aid on Jan. 14.

The problem for her is the crime was caught by the store's surveillance video cameras.

Gloucester Township Police CrimeStoppers released the video to the public on Wednesday in hopes someone can identify the shoplifting suspect, described in a police statement as a stocky, white female with shoulder-length, dark hair. As you will see in the video, the suspect was wearing a red shirt, black coat, dark pants and white sneakers during the shoplifting incident.
