Man Asks Police for Help with Lockout, Gets Locked Up

After police helped a man locked out of his car, they allegedly found a large stash of illegal prescription pills and hypodermic needles inside the vehicle.

He probably should have just called AAA instead.

A fugitive from West Virginia was arrested Friday after he asked police for help because he'd locked himself out of his rental vehicle.

At 1:49 p.m., police responded to TD Bank on College Drive for a report of a disoriented man in the parking lot. There, officers found 35-year-old Charles Willis, who asked them for help getting into his locked vehicle.
