Skalko's wife, who reported him missing, told police she last spoke to her husband on his cell phone at around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. He indicated at that time that he was just walking around and would return home soon.

Authorities found Skalko behind a storage shed in a remote area of the Autumn Ridge complex, Harkins said.
