Oxen Hill Man Sold 'Large Quantities' of Cocaine, Police Say

Police recover more than 5 ounces of cocaine from the man's Blackwood home during a raid on Friday.

Gloucester Township Police have charged a Blackwood man with selling cocaine from his Oxen Hill home.

Alabdulal Williams, 40, was arrested Friday after police executed a search warrant at his home that turned up more than 5 ounces of cocaine.

Police began investigating Williams in January after receiving information he was selling "large quantities" of cocaine from his home on West Collins Court, according to Capt. Anthony Minosse.

That investigation culminated in Friday's raid. In addition to cocaine, police reportedly recovered marijuana, drug-packaging materials and a large quantity of cash from Williams' home.

Williams was charged with first-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), second-degree distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a park (Oxen Hill Park), and third-degree possession of CDS. He was also charged with disorderly persons offenses of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams was lodged in Camden County Jail of $250,000 full cash bail.

Two other men were arrested Friday in connection with the Gloucester Township Police Department Special Investigations Unit operation.

Anthony Mangini, 39, of Indiana Avenue, Blackwood, was observed leaving Williams' home in a motor vehicle and was found to be in possession of several small bags of cocaine after the vehicle was pulled over, Minosse said. He was charged with third-degree possession of CDS, and released on his own recognizance.

Police stopped Alikeem Billings, 33, of Lawnside, as he approached Williams' residence and found him to be in possession of 1/8 of an ounce of crack cocaine, Minosse said.

Billings, who was wanted on a Camden County child support warrant, was charged with third-degree possession of CDS, and was lodged in the county jail on $10,000 bail.
