UPDATE: Pantry One Robbed at Knifepoint, Suspect Sought

Gloucester Township Police are searching for a knife-wielding man who robbed the Pantry One in Glendora Sunday evening.

Police say the man entered the Pantry One on the Black Horse Pike and Station Avenue at 6:53 p.m. Dec. 16 and confronted the clerk with a knife. The suspect ordered the clerk to hand over money.

The man stabbed the counter twice and the scanner gun twice before fleeing the store, heading toward Station Avenue on foot.

The suspect is described as a thin, white man wearing a black hooded jacket with a logo on the left chest, a black knit hat and a glove on his right hand. Click above to view the surveillance video.

Update, 3:45 p.m. Dec. 17: A similar robbery in Mount Laurel on Dec. 16 may be related to the Pantry One robbery, Gloucester Township Police said. 

According to Mt. Laurel Police, the suspect robbed a Route 73 7-Eleven at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 16. The suspect demanded money from the clerk and stabbed the clerk in the hand before fleeing the store. No money was stolen.

The suspect's image was caught on video (see above photos). He's described as a white male in his 20s with a moustache and chin strap-type beard. Though the Gloucester Township photos published by police are blurrier, the suspects appear very similar in appearance.

The clerk was transported to Virtua Hospital in Marlton for treatment.
