Pictures from Gloucester Township's Coffee with a Cop
Authorities said this was part of a commitment to involve the community as partners in policing.
Gloucester Township police turned up a charm offensive last Saturday at an event titled Coffee with a Cop.
"Township residents will have a chance to sit down and 'talk shop with a cop' over a cup of coffee," police said. "The Coffee With A Cop program is just another step in empowering our residents to make Gloucester Township a better and safer place to live."
The event was held at the Meadows Diner, and, from all accounts, looks like it was a success. Pictures republished in this post originally appeared on the Gloucester Township Police Facebook page.
