Police Investigating Alleged Burglaries in Camden County

The burglaries took place in Cherry Hill. Police didn't indicate there was any connection between the two incidents, which both took place between Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon.

Cherry Hill Police are conducting investigations of a pair of alleged burglaries that took place on Thursday, according to posts on the department's Facebook page.

One incident took place on the 200 block of Sawmill Road between 7:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. when an unknown person or people forced open the front door and ransacked two bedrooms. Documents were stolen, police said.

The other incident took place between 8:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on the 300 block of Westford Drive. An unknown person or persons forced open a side door and stole jewelry, police said.

Police didn't indicate there was any link between the two burglaries. Both incidents are under investigation by the Cherry Hill Police Department's Investigations Unit.
