Police Nab Nighttime Peeping Tom

A Winslow man faces peering into a dwelling charges.

Police arrested a Winslow man early Sunday morning for allegedly peering into two women’s apartments overnight.

Lemar Hamilton, 22, of the unit block of Pondview Lane, now faces two counts of peering into a dwelling, according to police reports.

Police received a complaint at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning that an unknown man was looking into the window of a residence in the 700 building at Millbridge Apartments. At 3 a.m., police received a similar complaint from a resident at the 1900 building of Cherrywood Apartments.

The second woman chased the suspect away, police said. Officers gave search in the area.

Based on the descriptions given by the women, police arrested Hamilton. He was remanded to Camden County Jail in default of $5,000 bail.
