Police Release Video of Man Stealing ShopRite Display Case

Gloucester Township Police Crime Stoppers has released surveillance video that shows a man stealing a display case from behind the Chews Landing Road ShopRite last Friday night.

The ShopRite surveillance video captured what appears to be a white male, who was driving a white Ford pickup truck, park behind the supermarket, according to police. The video then shows the man load a black, metal display case into the truck's cargo bed.

The suspect was wearing a dark shirt, light shorts and white sneakers at the time of the theft.

The white Ford Pickup appears to be an F-150 or Ranger, with an extended cab, according to police. It was displaying unknown New Jersey tags, with a white front grill, chrome running boards, and a large trailer hitch on the rear. Inside the cargo area appeared to be three red gasoline cans, two white, round containers, and some other items.
