Police Seek ID of Rite Aid Shoplifter

Police say an AT&T GoPhone cell phone was stolen from the Blackwood Clementon Road Rite Aid.

Police have released surveillance images of a man they say stole a prepaid AT&T cell phone from a Gloucester Township Rite Aid.

The crime occurred around 10:25 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, according to a Gloucester Township Police Department Crime Stoppers announcement issued Monday morning.

The suspect is described as a black male who is missing several teeth and had a bald head at the time of the shoplifting incident. He was wearing a white T-shirt, dark shorts, white socks and dark Nike sandals, and was carrying a black bag, police said.

The suspect walked behind an employee counter, grabbed an AT&T GoPhone, and left the store in an unknown direction without attempting to pay for the prepaid phone, according to police.
