Police have released surveillance images of a man they say stole a prepaid AT&T cell phone from a Gloucester Township Rite Aid.
The crime occurred around 10:25 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, according to a Gloucester Township Police Department Crime Stoppers announcement issued Monday morning.
