Police Seek Public's Help ID'ing Alleged Red Bull Thief

The shoplifting incident occurred at Friendly Food Mart last week.

Police are seeking the public's help identifying a man who allegedly stole a case of Red Bull energy drink from a Hilltop business last week.

Gloucester Township Police on Monday posted surveillance video on YouTube that allegedly shows a man leaving Friendly Food Mart on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at around 1:50 p.m. without paying for a case of Red Bull.

Police also posted still images of the suspect on the department's Facebook page.

Anyone with information about the suspect or shoplifting incident is encouraged to call police dispatch at 856-228-4500 or the township's anonymous crime tip line at 856-842-5560.

Police describe the suspect as a white male who appears to be 25 to 30 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 190 pounds. The man had a moustache at the time of the shoplifting incident, and fled the store as a passenger in a gold car, possibly a Saturn.

The suspect vehicle pulled out of the store parking lot onto Garden Road before turning left onto the Old Black Horse Pike, police said.
