Police Tap Social Media Again to Find Thieves

Gloucester Township police are looking for four males who burglarized vehicles in the Valley Brook and Hilltop neighborhoods.

Gloucester Township police have turned to social media again to find clues to a string of car burglaries last month.

Police released a Facebook post this week and a video on YouTube showing four males trying to find open car doors and burglarizing cars in the Valley Brook and Hilltop neighborhoods.

The males were recorded in the Valley Brook development trying the doors of vehicles and entering the unlocked ones. Money was reported missing from some of the vehicles.

All the suspects appear to be in their late teens or early 20s. Two of the suspects wore reflective sneakers.

Authorities are asking for help. They want anyone with information to call the GTPD Anonymous Crime Tip Line: 856-842-5560 or to send an anonymous tip by text to Gloucester Township Police; text the keyword GLOTWP and the tip message to 847411 (tip411). Or, access the Anonymous Web Tip page.
